Would you be okay with accepting and wearing a ring that your boyfriend bought specifically for his ex? This is isn't about me, but a friend of mine. She accepted the ring, but it just wouldn't sit right with me if I was given a ring that was originally bought for another women. I might just be shallow, but I would have too much pride to wear it.
