There is so much mixed messaging around using pacifiers. I thought it could interfere with breastfeeding but my baby gets super fussy in the evenings wanting to sooth herself with sucking. She is not hungry because she will pop on and off my breast crying. I have quite a strong let down and a lot of supply so she often takes in so much milk that she throws up copious amounts. I’ve started giving her a pacifier at these times and she is way happier with it than on the breast.

I’m exclusively breastfeeding. What are peoples experiences with using pacifiers and exclusively breastfeeding. Any issues to keep an eye out for?
