IUI & Uterine Lining

I had my CD 12 scan today. I have one follicle at 20 mm and another at 15 mm. They are wanting to wait a day to trigger (tomorrow night) and IUI Thursday. She mentioned my uterine lining this cycle as of right now is 6.1-6.6. Is this bad?
