Hi ladies, on my third round of letrozole, 2nd round of 5mg days 5-9. Currently 7dpo and I've been cramping and having sharp twinges in my lower right abdomen and soreness in my breasts. Been temping every morning before getting out of bed. Does this look like a implantation dip?💖(picture in comments)💖Kindof new to this. Feel super positive this month and keep dreaming of twins. After my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage, I could really use some success stories, and encouragement. Thanks ladies! Baby dust💕
