Before quarantine I was motivated going to the gym everyday, eating healthy and staying on the right path toward my goal. Unfortunately like me and many others during lock down I lost all motivation, went back to eating junk food and ultimately forgot why I was working towards something I wanted for so long...
So now I want to get back to it! I’m tired of feeling sluggish and I want to feel good about my body again
What are some tips to jump back into the gym and become motivated again after lockdown?
Ps: I know that masks are required now for workout sessions how can you guys breathe?😩
