How to cope with the weight gain
So after my first baby I lost a bunch of weight. I was 212 pregnancy got up to 240 while pregnant and was able to get down to 155. Now I’m pregnant again and I’m struggling. I’m afraid of how my body will change throughout this pregnancy.
Does anyone have any tips/advice on how to deal with it?
Obviously, my first priority is to have a healthy pregnancy and will do whatever I have to do to keep it healthy, probably just an irrational worry in the back of my mind.
