Affordable diapers that don't suck?

The only diapers that seem absorbent enough for our LO are huggies which he's worn his whole life, but they're expensive so we've been experimenting with other brands. Leaks through all of them in no time 🤦🏼‍♀️

We use pampers 360 cruisers. No leaks and great for overnights. These pull-up diapers are much easier when they are so active. They are also cheaper on Amazon and you get more in the box than target or Walmart. We set up a subscription and you get an extra 5% off. Costco diapers are good too!

I have tried most of them. During the day at home we just do generic brand, like Kirkland or hello bello or the fred meyer kind. But the best one for both my kids were the huggies ‘little movers’ for being out or at daycare or overnight. Although I think huggies ‘snug and dry’ are a little cheaper, the ‘little movers’ are better for blowouts. Pampers are more expensive and I don’t like how the back of pampers are flat, instead of like a waistband. Luvs I would say are comparable to generic.

Pampers swaddlers are the ones that worked best for us. She leaked out of any other types of pampers and the pampers swaddlers worked better overall than the other brands we have tried. Anytime we had a leak or issue with the pampers swaddlers we went to the next size up and no more issues.

Have you tried Luvs? I’ve been using them since she was little because I found that they were the only ones that didn’t soak through the night and they are cheaper!
