Vick in eye

So my kids nd i are sick with a cold was rubbing vick on our chest nd eyes nd on our temples

I rubed my eyes with my left hand becuz u knew my right had vicks still

But out of nowhere my eye started to feel fresh nd stinging a bit in my inner eye?

Idk maybe i touch where i had the vick

I rinsed my eye with water right away nd its fine now its not red nor iritated.

But if it was a little bit of vicks is it dangerous???

Should i goto the docter??

Its late 11 at nite right now like i said im sick with a cold really dont want togo out nor leave my kids
