Positive opks but bloods say no ovulation??

Question

So is this actually possible? I get positive opks every month but gyno says my 21 day progesterone etc is way too low to have ovulated. I get ovulation pain too at the same time im getting positive's. 
I have done a few rounds of clomid which i DID ovulate (didnt end up pregnant)
I have also had laproscopy everything came back clear.

This is true for me, I have PCOS and endometriosis.

Yes very possible. They could have also done the test on the wrong day. It really should be done 7dpo. Or 8 days after your positive opk

I just googled pcos. I have none of those symptoms, i get my period every month, on time, not too heavy and not too light, lasts between 5 and 7 days. No excess hair growth, no headaches etc. Is it possible to have pcos with no symptoms?
