Hello all! This is my 2nd round of clomid (50mg) and I took my last dose on Sunday, 1/24. The last cycle with clomid I had an ultrasound and had a large follicle present at the time of ultrasound. Unfortunately I didn’t use opk’s last time and no success 😔 I am told not to start testing LH until about 2 days after the last dose of clomid because it can give false positives - so I plan to start testing this evening, 1/26. My question is, when is the best time(s) to test LH? I work full time and don’t get home until 6 PM... is that a good time to test LH? Should I test twice a day and could I miss it if I don’t?
