Newborn eye watering

Newborn is a month and half. We woke up and One of my LO eye is watering and had like eye booger and was slightly sealed cause of it. It tears up almost constantly. There’s no sign of pink eye. It just waters and leaks out tears. Not excessively.

Any tips on what I can do ? I massaged her inner part of eye a bit. I also heard I can put my breast milk on it?

I also notice she produces more saliva or is drooling more, which has bubbles in it.

Any advice is appreciated for her next appt is coming up on the 2nd.
