Baby girl hasn’t pooped in almost 48 hours. She is majority formula fed due to my supply being low (probably only gets about 1-2 bottles of breastmilk a day). She has also been having terrible gas pain and will cry every time she passes gas. I have been giving her mylicon drops but it only helps so much. How can I get her to poop? Should I call her doctor?
