5 weeks & bleeding

So two days ago I went to the ER due to bright red bleeding after having sex. I passed very small 2 clots and by evening hit the bleeding at stop. At the ER they told me it was early pregnancy or miscarriage. I hope this isn’t my second miscarriage 😞 for the past two days I have had light spotting when I wipe and now it’s like watery red/brownish. I got blood work done today to see if my levels have gone up or down. Has anyone every experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy?
