I am 9 weeks 4 days today, but the baby died at 8 weeks 1 day. I had started feeling better so I contacted my doctor and she sent me to get my hcg levels checked. The next day the doctor called me to go get an ultrasound. There was a tiny baby there, but I noticed right away it wasn’t moving. No heartbeat. The baby measures 8 weeks 1 day. So now I wait to miscarry or take the pills to start the miscarriage.

The doctor seemed optimistic that I could still go on to have a healthy pregnancy, but it is just so hopeless. I don’t think I can do this again. I really thought it was going to happen this time.
