What do you do when you are stressed?
When I'm stressed, or have something I need to try and keep my mind off of, I tend to shop. I don't spend a ton of money doing this, but probably more than I should. I usually don't go shopping with anything particular in mind, I'll just go to stores and walk up and down every isle trying to find things to buy.
I need a better habit. What are some things you find helpful?
