My daughter is 1. She sleeps in her crib but I usually have to rock her to sleep and she can’t sleep on her own when I lay her down and she gets up but I’m scared if I leave her In her crib she will fall or hurt herself. She wakes up 3-4 times at night I don’t breastfeed anymore and I don’t bottle feed at night she wakes up for me to rock her back to sleep . Any tips would be so helpful.
