Losing 2st
So Monday I set myself a task to lose weight. So I started cutting out foods like sweets and treats and drinking more water throughout my day.
So I also first installed an app to record my kcal and water intake everyday. This app included exercise, notes and even snack. But said no snacks and more movement around my house, like running upstairs and walking fast to another room.
Had to also weigh myself which I never believed in before, 10st 20lb. I remember a time when I was 8st and super skinny! Where that time gone! So I want to be 8st again and skinny.
After now 2/3 days of my extreme diet and controlling my kcal intake, my belly seems to be getting smaller /skinny 😱
Please note I will keep updating you all and soon will weigh myself on Monday coming up and can't wait to give you my final results and current journey toward a healthier me.
Before this I did loads of exercise but I haven't got the time or feel like I got enough energy. Maybe another goal I can work towards is a bit of exercise everyday for at leat 20 to 30 minutes. I feel like I could lose quite a lot as back in March I lose a stone through excerising.
