How to get through newborn stage
First child at 37 and she is my miracle angel baby after two miscarriages. She is everything I ever wanted. My SO just went back to work rotations 2 weeks on. Even when he was home, I am finding the newborn stage to be difficult for me with the lack of sleep, crying a lot (she is healthy and no issues just being a newborn with standard newborn issues) and constant need of holding and carrying. I know not every stage of child rearing is gonna be your strong spot and I keep hearing wait for 3 months it gets better. I have all the devices, swings, pillows, carriers, gripe water etc.. to help
but more just looking for how, did you survive this stage? Words of encouragement, how did you relax when you found that 5 minutes or even 2 minutes for yourself..
