Experience with anal and hemorrhoids?

I have been able to enjoy anal before when I had to have a leep done and couldn’t have vaginal sex. I was able to stimulate my clit and was aroused and turned on and enjoyed it. Well now my hemorrhoids are back (they come and go) and i am scared to have anal because it will hurt again. Does anyone have experience with this? And if so any recommendations?
