Will they make my anxiety and depression worse?

I went to the doctor yesterday and because my miscarriage from last month has taken a drastic toll on my mental health, I asked about options for birth control and the gyn didn’t give me many options. I ended up getting a prescription for the birth control pill (idk which one, I can’t read the prescription lol) but I’m scared it may affect my fertility and mental health even more. The gyn said it shouldn’t affect me but from y’all’s experience what do you think??

I’ve been on the pill twice but it was only for one month both times. The first time I had to stop because I left to BCT for the army, second time I just stopped after one month.
