Does this seem like a spam call? This number has called me twice and left this weird voicemail.

I recently changed my number, and I keep receiving this phone call. None of this seems familiar to me. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Super spam. Remember anything that has to do with social, court, IRS or anything of that nature will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be a letter issued out to you. They never ever call. I work for the government so don’t worry. That’s the biggest way people get scammed. There are so many protocols and procedures we have to do so we HAVE to have it in documentation. Never will it be a call

Anything concerning ‘litigation’ will come to you by certified mail or by Sheriff, or by personal service. Just fyi. 
These calls a junk, spam, nonsense. Dont get worried, just delete, block and move on.

Yea I get these calls too and I never answer. It’s some weirdo spam. They are going to ask you for your social when you call back and your name and address. Don’t do it. They also don’t tell you what it’s for either. I’ve seen this call done on a Facebook video.
