Can I take my pills at the same time ?

I’m 24 weeks and taking 
-a prenatal pill
-iron pill
-b12 
-vitamin d
Is there any issue of taking them all at the same time before I go to sleep?

I wouldn't take iron at the same time. My pharmacist stated to take the iron in the morning or at lunch and the prenatals before going to bed.

You can take them all at the same time but I've heard vitamin D can make people more awake which may make it harder to sleep at night but obviously it depends on how it affects you.

No there shouldn’t be any issues. I regularly take all of them together and have been taking them since  pre pregnancy then during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
