Possible miscarriage

Hello everyone, I’m 5 weeks pregnant and today I woke up to bad cramping with a little red blood that keeps coming and going. I went to the doctor they pulled my HCG levels but they won’t be back until tomorrow. He said my cervix is still closed but I’m still bleeding a bit and having these period like cramps. Has anyone had this happen and the baby ended up being okay? Please let me know I’m so scared I don’t wanna lose this baby 🥺🥺
