What’s snap nurse?

Do you have to have a nursing degree to do it? Someone explain it to me. I heard this one 18 yr old doing it I doubt she has a nursing degree. Heard it’s good pay.

yes, they are real nurses.
think of it like uber... a lot of people who work Uber, do it on their spare time to make extra money when they feel like it. 
A snap nurse works the same.  They make themselves "available" to go on call whenever they feel like working more or making extra money
