An anal sex problem

Hi girlies so about a year and a half about I was having anal sex comfortably, fairly regularly. Lately my boyfriend wanted to start it up again and I just can’t do it... has anyone else had this problem? It’s like I can’t fully relax and I panic.

How can I overcome it? I really enjoyed it before 😫
