PEASE read !

I noticed my butt crack at the top, I don’t know how to explain but its itchy, so I checked and I opened my line buttcrack thingy and that upper area is so red, the line when I spread my cheeks was so rude and in my buttcrack on the right , if you open it and look at the right there is like red/pink bumps. I don’t know I think they are flat bumps but some aren’t flat. And they are itchy.. Im really paranoid. What is it??
