Is CBD breastfeeding safe?

Anyone know??? Wanting to take CBD gummies for anxiety and also breastfeeding, will it transer into milk?

I typically use CBD as well. From what I read there just isn’t enough scientific info on it really. So for that reason I haven’t been using it because better safe than sorry.

My doc said not to use it.

My doctor is a huge proponent of cbd but said not to use it while breastfeeding.  Preliminary studies shows it affects the intelligence level of the baby with regular use but there’s really no info with sporadic use.  I’m just not using it all for now
