I haven’t felt my baby move and I’m worried

So I barley turned 18 weeks yesterday and I’m a first time mom and I’m kind of worried cause I haven’t felt my baby what should I do should I wait cause I barley turned the 18 weeks I haven’t want to go to the hospital do to covid I only go for emergency’s 🥺?
