Sharp twinge on left side?

Hi all, I am 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant. For the last week or so I have experienced sharp twinges on my lower left side of my abdomen. It is not constant, and only seems to happen when I stand up or sit down quickly. It only lasts for a few seconds and the goes away. For a few minutes afterwards that spot will feel a little bit tender but that’s it. I haven’t had any bleeding or other cramping. Does anyone have any experience with this?
