I’m almost 11 weeks and lately I’ve been getting this super freaking annoying pulling/sharp type of pain in my lower abdomen, right above my groin area. I know cramps are normal which I’ve had through out my whole pregnancy but they don’t really feel like the cramps I usually get. They aren’t super painful, I have somewhat of a high pain tolerance but it’s super annoying, it’s on and off and preventing me from sleeping. It doesn’t feel like this on just one side, it’s like all through my lower abdomen. I’ve also have a lot of clear and white discharge which sometimes gives me a scare because it’s so much that i think it’s blood and I’m constantly checking lol. Helpppp
