Period keeps stopping and starting 😭

So I got off the pill in September and had all regular periods since December I haven’t had sex since October my last period was 4 days late and this one was 2 days early ?? And it started lighter got heavy got medium went light then medium again then light again ? I keep thinking it’s going to stop but never does I’m on day 7 or so and I usually bleed for only 5 days !
