So I bottle feed my baby girl simlac alimentum.. its seemed to help her after switching formulas several times. She is 7 weeks old today and drinks about 3 oz every 2 in a half 3 hours. She drinks 4oz right before she lays down for the night. My question is after I feed her 3oz she acts like she's still hungry by shaking her head back and forth on the nipple and chewing on her hands. There are times ill make 4oz and she will fall asleep halfway through. She is so so so squirmy and shakes her head that sometimes she gags herself an and she'll throw up. So could it be the nipple isn't working for her and I need to size up and how do I get her to eat without being so squirmy and gagging herself? We use the advent slow feed bottles and when we went to the pediatrician for her 1 month visit she recommended we size up on the nipple. Its helped since but we are at a 2 in nipple would she be

ready for a 3 in nipple?
