Dr doesn’t believe me and too late to switch...
I have always had a low heart rate and blood pressure and sugar levels. Until i got pregnant. My sugar has stayed low despite my eating habits changing. My heart rate has went up 30bpm and my blood pressure is high!(highest was 134/84) I tell my Dr that im worried but i think because im black she isnt taking me seriously.
I work in healthcare care as well and chart vitals and i just feel very anxious. She keeps telling me i eat too much sugar when I literally keep track of everything i eat (calories and sugar) in notes in my phone. I even showed her. She told me not to worry and i said that i would just keep track at home to ease my mind. Then she told me to stop and let her be the Dr.
My normal blood pressure is so low that people ask me if i feel like im going to faint! And i have to explain that it’s hereditary. Im super paranoid about dying during labor. My sister had pre eclampsia and almost died but went to a much better hospital than i am.
Anyway, maybe hormones... im just anxious more than usual now...
