Cramping but no period

Hello i had sex January 13 & 17. Took a plan b the 14 but I’ve been on sprintec since However i keep cramping as if my period will start but it hasn’t took a frer and it look like a line is trying to show. Do it matter if i used fmu? Haven’t slept all night so no concentrated urine but I’ll retest
