1st tri mester

I recently just found out i am 6 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. I take melatonin each night to help me sleep i also found out today i cant take it while pregnant. Now I am worried because ive been taking it this whole time. Could I have caused any harm to my pregnancy? 😔
