Still trying 2 years later and now have post birth control pcos from the implant

I only put 3-6 months because we weren’t actively trying until then. But, my cycles were back to normal with typical signs of fertility (CM changes, etc) within 2 months. The implant is supposed to have the shortest return to fertility of all the long-acting birth controls (IUDs, etc).

I got mine take out late April of last year. My doctor told me not to count May because my body would try to get back to normal. So May and June we didn’t even try. We kept missing my peak days. July we hit my ovulation days and I got pregnant.
