Give it 3-6 months. Try to get some morning sun...from about 6am-7am. Up your green veggie and fruit intake.Also consider taking yoghurt daily - contains calcium which strengthens bones. 😊
How long does it take ?
So my vitamin D level is at 9ng/mL which is super low apparently so my doctor is having me take 100,000 IU a week. How long will it take for my level to rise ?
