How long does it take ?

So my vitamin D level is at 9ng/mL which is super low apparently so my doctor is having me take 100,000 IU a week. How long will it take for my level to rise ?

Give it 3-6 months. Try to get some morning sun...from about 6am-7am. 
Up your green veggie and fruit intake.
Also consider taking yoghurt daily - contains calcium which strengthens bones.

Mine was 4ng and it took 6 months to correct on 15,000 vit D daily. Then my doctor said stop for 3 months, and now I'm on regular multivitamin. Vitamin D level level is 34. So still suboptimal but not as bad as 4! When I took my vitamin D I felt amazing and full of energy
