Sharp breast pain?

I am 6w5d. 
Omg earlier I was having a sharp almost like “needle poke” feeling in my nipple. Now I’m feeling it on the top of my breast. So weird. So uncomfortable lol.

So odd! My nipples are wincing just thinking about that sensation. My guess is it's some kind of growing pains in your breasts.
