No period for months!

So I haven’t had my period for like 4 months now. I’ve taken multiple tests and none are positive. With my son I still got my period and didn’t find out I was pregnant until 6 months cause I literally still got my period. But now I get no period at all! I’m only 25 so I doubt it’s menopause but like it makes me so nervous.
