It to too much while TTC

I feel like I’m doing too much TTC but at the same time I feel like I’m not doing enough.

While TTC I:

• take coq10

• take vitamin D

• drink premama fertility drink mix

• take a prenatal with natural folate and DHA

• use preseed and a soft disc when having sex in my fertility window

• take evening primrose (has the same effect as mucinex)

• make sure my breakfast and lunch are TTC friendly meals

• use ovulation test

• track my bbt

I feel it’s so much but I struggled a bit to conceive my son and want to make sure I can do everything possible to encourage my body for pregnancy

Edit to add: no mental stress and my ob approved everything, they’re all just really extra vitamins
