Is it possible to get positive after a negative test?

I had an IUI done on 1/13/21 then progesterone for 10 days. My last pill was on 1/25. I tested negative on 1/26. Last night I started cramping like af was about to start and nothing. Has anyone gotten a positive after getting a negative? Trying to keep my hopes up.. this summer will be 6 years since my last miscarriage and last time i got pregnant

Yes, but by 14dpiui, a positive would be expected if you were pregnant. So maybe retest, but it can take a few days to get your period after stopping progesterone
