Should I get an Ava braclet?

I am on the fence as it’s expensive. I have been trying to temp orally for a few months and vaginally most recently. I have started to obsess about it and find I wake up early anticipating temping. I am hoping this will help.
Is it worth the $399 CAD price? (Also if anyone has a coupon code you can use in Canada lemme know!)

Its only skin temp and charts are hard to read and inconclusive data. Look at Ovusense if you are looking for a wearable.

I have Ava and I wear it nightly, but I don’t rely on it at all. I use the Mira Plus (estrogen and LH) analyzer to pinpoint fertile days and ovulation and I love it. I also use BBT to confirm ovulation. But out of everything, I rely on Ava the very least

i love my ava. it tracks all night i don’t have to worry about anything and it just told me the other day that i was showing signs of a biphasic cycle. which is basically confirming my lh surge i think it’s worth it
