Don't trust a sneeze
I am 14 weeks this is my 4th child giving birth to I do have a bonus daughter. I just sneezed and peed myself all at 1 time because you know the muscles are weak down there. And yes I do my kegels ugh this will be fun the rest of the pregnancy
