What are you do if you get the same kind of sickening gut feeling when a man tells you something that you feel like it’s going to end up like the same old hurtful situations that you’ve had in the past but you don’t really know how to confront it.

Because right now I am kind of getting that feeling and I don’t know if it’s my gut talking to me or if it’s just me trying to feel this feeling so I don’t possibly end up getting hurt again.

 because I get this feeling every time and it never feels good so maybe this is just my gut feeling warning me again.
