My new job is more like a customer service role. I’m so annoyed. The baited me so bad but I also didn’t ask the right questions with this job.

They advertised it as an academic advisor which is super annoying because I’m taking call after call after call after call answering an online schools students questions all day.

I mean non stop. I don’t even get a minute to breathe.

Thank god we work from home and I can wear comfy clothes. That makes the job 10 times better. It’s just tiring. People complaing and complaining and complaining all day long.

They could’ve mentioned I would’ve been on the phone all day. They presented it like we would have students assigned to us and what not. Real fucking annoying.
