Hi all! It was confirmed today that I’m having my first miscarriage (the end of my first pregnancy), though my body doesn’t seem to realize it. I was given the option to take the pills, d&c or do a similar procedure to that but in the clinic instead of hospital and without going under. My initial thought was just that I want this over as soon as possible and to get the pills and take them pronto. After hearing from a friend of mine that had to do the pills twice, it’s making me reconsider. I’m also moving this weekend and, while we’ve hired movers, it may be a terrible idea to even take the pills this weekend.

So writing this is making me feel like maybe seeing when I can schedule the procedure is the best idea. But please, if anyone has advice, I’d love to hear it. If you did the pills, how was your experience? How long did it take to start and then how long did it feel awful?

Thank you, I don’t want to make a bad decision because of impatience ... but I also feel very impatient.
