5 weeks with bleeding

I am 5 weeks pregnant and have had some slightly heavy bleeding. No cramping, they checked my labs yesterday due to this and said everything was normal at that point and they will recheck tomorrow (48 hours inbetween)

I had a miscarriage once before at 9 weeks but had a healthy baby before and after the miscarriage. I guess I just have mixed emotions right now, I don't want to get my hopes up but I have heard of people having bleeding in the beginning and still having normal pregncies. What have you guys heard or experienced?
