I just came back from the Er because I was having some stomach pain I had an ultrasound done and they said I have blood in my uterus they said I should start my period soon but I just finish spotting for 6 days have this happen to anyone before

UPDATE ! Still didn’t start my period and my back and stomach been hurting all day
