Mouth ulcers

Can you get lots of ulcers at one time? I currently have like 5 or 6 and you can see little white dots from what I assume is where some might come in possibly? Or just damage to that skin because I have been biting that area and/or scraping my teeth along it. I’m just overthinking it 😝
