First Ultrasound Surprise
Mom of 4 and expecting twins !!!!

We went for our first ultrasound at 12wks and to my surprise, we are expecting twins.
We are still in shocked but so grateful!!!!
I have no idea if they are fraternal or identical lol, it’s all new to me.
